Care & Pour Guide

Before Pouring: Ensure each vessel is clean, completely dry, and free of dust or debris. Inspect for cracks or damage before use.

During Pouring: Pour wax slowly and carefully into the center of the vessel. Avoid dripping or allowing wax to sit on the top rim or exterior surface, as it may permanently stain or discolor the concrete finish. Clean accidental spills promptly when safe to do so.

Wick Selection & Safety: Using the correct wick size is essential. An oversized or improperly selected wick can generate excessive heat, potentially causing the concrete vessel to crack or become damaged. Always select a wick appropriate for your wax, fragrance, and vessel dimensions. Never assume a wick is safe based on diameter alone.

Candle Testing: All candle makers are responsible for conducting thorough wick, fragrance, wax, and burn testing before selling finished candles. Monitor vessel temperatures, flame height, and overall burn performance to ensure your finished candles are safe for use.

Cleaning: Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking, abrasive scrubbers, and harsh cleaning chemicals.

Please Note: Each vessel is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, and natural air bubbles are normal. Wax, wicks, fragrance oils, and labels are not included.
